So, I just want to humbly ask that if you work in Google.
And if you have contact with any real Google engineer who works for the gmail system.Than please talk with him/her.I allow them to login my gmail account.
-- As I have previously mentioned to you, the Account Recovery process follows a very specific flow to comply with various data policy and privacy laws. That is also the reason why the process can only validate specific account-related details and not other details.
Additionally, Gmail/Google can't act on requests/authorizations made in an open forum. Especially in cases where the ownership of the account remains unproven.
Regarding trying questions, than I am getting zero question. I am just getting option to enter last password and after clicking try another way ,I am just notified that google doesn't verify me.
-- The system is designed to follow the most secure process of assuring ownership of the account, so, it will only ask for and verify specific information to make that determination. Even that may vary based on how the system interprets your previous responses and other data points collected by it.
What is the use of such security system due to which user has to lost his/her account?
-- With the necessary recovery options in place, this should not have happened.
It is on the user to ensure the account contains the necessary recovery options, and for an account that was created several years back, and deemed important, it should have. Without including the recovery options, you allow the system to make its own determination of ascertaining your identity as the owner of the account beyond a reasonable doubt and if it can't make that determination, the system will err on the side of caution and refuse access to ensure the security of the account and protect the data included within.
At least they should make mandatory to add recovery phone no. With this no one can create multiple account too abiding gmail policy.
-- From what I know, inclusions of phone numbers can't be made mandatory for legal reasons.
As for individuals with multiple accounts, I have yet to see other places who "say to create just single account." I have multiple accounts belonging to all leading email providers (some preceding Gmail) over the years for daily use, backup, and testing purposes, and I have yet to see that restriction.
Finally, I have noticed you posting across both Gmail and Google Accounts communities. When you have posted as many times as you say you have and received similar responses from the attending volunteers on your situation, it confirms the fact that it is near impossible to recover this particular account and you should consider using the account that you use now as your primary. In this context, I would like to suggest the following points:
- Ensure the account has the necessary recovery options listed.
- Ensure backing up emails by forwarding to another account or using a POP3 account/email client.
To conclude, please refrain from posting in multiple threads across multiple communities. Doing so can get your post reported as spam.
